1. It is forbidden the exercise Qigong for the people with the following conditions: Pregnancy, heart problems, high blood
pressure, and other type of critical diseases.
2. If you feel some uncomfortable or negative effect, stop doing it.
3. You should leave at least 20min before and after eating and do the exercise.
4. Don't perform the exercise when you are in very tired either physically or mentally, and when you are in illness.
5. Don't force yourself. You should increase the difficulties gradually.
6. You need not do all the exercises. You may choose two or three and do them for each section. These exercises do not need to
follow sequence. Select any exercise.
7. Don't modify or create your own qigong. It is better that you practice with the Master.
8. This technique is made to teach you to store your energy and it is strongly recommended that you learn it in the guidance of
Master.
