Qigong Breathing and Your Sex Power & Health (begining)

Here you may learn Simple Chi-Kung Breathing Exercises that anyone (male/female) can use whenever and wherever you want. It will improve your sex power, and what is more, it will also improve your health. It is especially good for man & woman with sexual problems and diseases. It won't take you much time, just a few minutes a day. You may see the results in one or two months.

Basic Breathing
1. First of all, you should learn the basic Qigong breathing. And only then you may start Qigong exercise. "DanTian" is a place where you should locate just one palm below your belly button. This is the place where Qi should be stored and its power source for human being. It is also a guardian for sexual ability.

2. This kind of breathing will not only improve your sexual power, it is also beneficial for your health. It is even better for men and women with sexual problems and diseases.

3. Now put both palms on "Dantian". For male, left hand on bottom, right hand on top. For female, right hand on bottom, left hand on top.

4. To begin with, put your tongue tip on palate above behind your top front teeth, close your eye and concentrate on your "Dantian" for 30sec.

5. Don't stress hard on your tongue, just let the tip slightly & softly touch the palate above behind the top front teeth. Keep this position through out the exercise.

6. During the exercises, you should concentrate on your "DanTian". You should think of it and try to feel its spot.

7. While inhaling, breathe with nose and do it in such a way as if your abdomen were a big balloon and all the air were coming into it.

8. While exhaling, breathe out with nose again and make all the air come out of your abdomen and make it shrink towards your back

9. When you are through with this, close your eye and concentrate on your "Dantian" for 30sec.

10. While doing the exercise, you may stay at any position and your eyes may be either closed or open

11. You should try to make every inhale and exhale as long as possible. If you cannot do this at first, gradually increase the time and difficulties.

12. Qigong style of breathing is very different and you cannot do something right or wrong because everything depends on the purpose. You can try inhaling with nose, and exhaling with mouth also. When you use mouth breathing out, put your tongue down to normal and slightly open your mouth. Sound "Her" softly and quietly. Put your tongue up again when breathing in.

13. If there's saliva in your mouth, swallow it into your "DanTian".

Breathing Hold
1. To start, put your palms on "Dantian". For male, left hand on bottom, right hand on top. For female, right hand on bottom, left hand on top. Concentrate on your "DanTian" all the time during the whole exercise. Lift your tongue tip to touch the palate above behind the front teeth.

2. While inhaling, breathe with nose and do it in such a way as if your abdomen were a big balloon and all the air were coming into it... Try to make the whole breathing in 8sec.

3. Then hold your breathe for 8sec. While exhaling, breathe out with nose again and make all the air come out of your abdomen and make it shrink towards your back. Also, do this in 8sec.

4. Again, hold your breathe in this position for 8sec. 5. Repeat all the process from the beginning (1-5).

6. When you are finished, close your eye and concentrate on your "Dantian" for 30sec.

For some people it is difficult to hold the breathe for 8sec. If it is so for you too, try to hold it first for about 6,5sec. And you also should increase the time gradually. And vice versa. If the time of 8sec is easy for you, then try to increase it up to about 10sec and more. It is advisable, to repeat this exercise not less than 10 times each session, but you may do it as many times as you want. You may stay in any position and either with closed or open eyes.

Breathing Hold With Anal Pull
1. First of all, put your palms on "Dantian". For male, left hand on bottom, right hand on top. For female, right hand on bottom, left hand on top. Concentrate on your "DanTian" all the time during the whole exercise. Lift your tongue tip to touch the palate above behind the front teeth.

2. While inhaling, breathe with nose and do it in such a way as if your abdomen were a big balloon and all the air were coming into it. Try to make the whole breathing in 8sec. At the same time, also pull your anal inside gradually following the breath in time. Then hold your breathe and anal in position
for 8sec.

3. While exhaling, breathe out with nose again and make all the air come out of your abdomen and make it shrink towards your back. Also, do this in 8sec. And, release your anal gradually following the breath out time.

4. Again, hold your breathe for 8sec.

5. Repeat all the process again.

6. After completing the exercise, close your eyes and concentrate on your “Dantian” for 30sec.

For some people it is difficult to hold the breathe for 8sec. If it is so for you too, try to hold it first for about 6,5sec. And you also should increase the time gradually. And vice versa. If the time of 8sec is easy for you, then try to increase it up to about 10sec and more.
