Here you will learn another kind of breathing which you can do whenever and wherever. It is good for both males and females. It is
called Simple Chi-Kung reathing xercises. It will improve your sex power, and what is more, it will also improve your health. It
is especially good for man & woman with sexual problems and diseases. It won't take you much time, just a few minutes a day. You may
see the results in one or two months.
Anal Quick Pull
1 First of all, put your palms on "Dantian". For male, left hand on bottom, right hand on top. For female, right hand on bottom,
left hand on top. Concentrate on your "DanTian" all the time during the whole exercise. Lift your tongue tip to touch the palate
above behind the front teeth.
2. Then quickly pull your anal inwards and release. Repeat 50 times. While doing this exercise, you do not need to breathe in a
special way, just use normal breathing. For this exercise, forget about the breathing, just use normal breathing.
3. When you are finished, close your eye and concentrate on your "Dantian" for 30sec.
Here it also depends on individuality of people. And if 50 times is a bit difficult for you, you may do about 20-30 times and then
increase the number gradually. And if 50 times is easy for you, increase this number up to about 80. While doing the exercise, you
may stay in any position and either with closed or open eyes.
Anal Hold
1. To start, put your palms on "Dantian". For male, left hand on bottom, right hand on top. For female, right hand on bottom,
left hand on top. Concentrate on your "DanTian" all the time during the whole exercise. Lift your tongue tip to touch the palate
above behind the front teeth.
2. Pull your anal inwards and hold it. Hold it for as long as you can.
3. Repeat it for at least 3 times.
4. After completing the exercise, close your eyes and concentrate on your "Dantian" for 30sec.
5. For this exercise, use basic qigong breathing. While breathing in, pull your abdomen outward. And while exhaling, pull your
abdomen inward. If at the beginning you find it difficult to combine breathing and holding your anal, you may try normal breathing
first.
The time of holding anal may vary among different people. It may be 10sec up to 5min. you should not force yourself and you may
increase the time gradually.
Abdomen & DanTian Circulation
Abdomen Circulation
1. First of all, put your palms on "Dantian". For male, left hand on bottom, right hand on top. For female, right hand on bottom,
left hand on top.
2. Move your hand in circular around your belly button. Repeat it up to 50 rounds.
3. Repeat it with reverse circulation movement.
4. After completing the exercise, put your hand back on “Dantian” and, with eyes closed, concentrate on this spot for 30sec.
5. While doing this exercise, you may use either normal breathing, or one round breathe in and one round breathe out in turns.
DanTian Circulation
1. First of all, put your palms on "Dantian". For male, left hand on bottom, right hand on top. For female, right hand on bottom,
left hand on top.
2. Move your hand in circular around your "DanTian. Repeat up to 50 rounds. While doing this exercise, breathe normally.
3. Repeat it with reverse circulation movement also.
4. While doing this exercise, you may use either normal breathing, or one round breathe in and one round breathe out in turns.
5. After completing the exercise, put your hand back on “Dantian” and, with eyes closed, concentrate on this spot for 30sec.
You may perform this exercise in any position, standing, sitting or lying. Also, it does not matter where you start the
circulation from. You can start from right to left or vice versa, just make sure that you do it in both directions. You need to
keep the speed of your movement steady, no matter whether it is fast or slow. The circulation size can be different. From big circle
to small circle, or from small to big, or from small to big and then big to small again, or just a fix circle.
